The Friends of the Silver Lake Library is an organization founded in 1989 to help enhance the services of the Library.
FoSLL helps with various Library activities and programs throughout the year.
Funds raised are used to supplement the Library budget and help provide library programs and services to the Silver Lake Community.
The Annual Book Sale is a major fund raiser, with proceeds going toward the Summer Reading Program. The book sale is traditionally held the Friday and Saturday after Labor Day during the city wide garage sale.
Meetings are held twice a year – March and August. As a member you will receive half price copies, print-outs, faxes and discounts at the Annual Book Sale. Memberships are $10 for family and $15 or more for Sustaining Membership annually.
